About the chat log refresh/wipe issue:

It seems like in certain browsers, the chat will not do the window focus feature properly. So, when you log into the chat, do the following:

1. Click on the "Options" button that's below the chat window.
2. Go to the "Effects" tab.
3. UNcheck "Focus window on new message".
4. Click "OK".

This seems to have resolved the issue.

Away/Busy/BRB Statuses

Note: Firefox seems to be the culprit in this. When switching to Chrome, everything seemed to work much better.

Today, Lantis and I have been working on the Chat issues and it seems like most have been resolved. There's still some tweaks to be done in the future, I'm sure, but it seems like it's generally stable right now.
