I call this masterpiece: "I AM NOT AN ARTIST"

...On account I said that more than once in the latest upload of Let's Play "Game Boy Donkey Kong" (episode 23). This video is added as a bonus for that let's play, on account the LP is just as much about the Super Game Boy as it is Donkey Kong.

The idea is that Mario's off to fight this Easter Island statue that is threatening to stomp a purple, polka-dotted tailed whale with its long legs. Originally I wanted to have Mario shoot a Bullet Bill missile at the menace, but the screen was messy enough as it is. Though I gotta say, I think I did a decent job with Mario, considering I wasn't drawing with a mouse (you can see me having trouble aiming the cursor at various points).

This took around 45 minutes to create.
