(( Note-This game is a way for me to visualize the switch compression method I am using in Reverence for the calander and for tracking linear paths such as the linear advancement of sidequests, like guilds in morrowind. In each guild you must do certain quests in a certain order to advance in that individual guild. Again the above is just for Reverence. ))

With the reasoning for this game out of the way. Here's the guts.

In Five Warriors there are five statues that represent each of the five great warriors of the past. Each time the player goes up one floor in the tower of the Five Warriors, one of the statues rotates 1/4 turn. Once it makes a full rotation, the next one rotates 1/4 turn and so on, until the player gets all the statues to complete at least one rotation. Once that happens the player is now at the top of the tower.

All the meat of the game is controlled by one 15 page event and 15 switches multiplying out to 1024 floors in the tower.

Like I said this game is really an aid to help me see the functionality of the switches. In Reverence the ratios will change for use of a calender that, with only 47 switches and 47pages, has 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 4 weeks a month, 9 months a year, and up to 99 years which when topped out will loop and give the player an item to note that it has looped. I doubt anyone will ever get it past 5 years but I have reasons for going so far.

Any way, Five Warriors is finished and took all of 3 hours to make and 1 hour to test (in test mode THANK GOD) but will take much much longer to complete.

EDIT- Five Warriors is up.

Sounds uber cool. Alas, I might need to grab a copy of RPGM1 again, and see if I can locate a Dex drive thingy anywhere, and see if I can possibly play thru some of these awesome sounding games that are in production, or have already been released fer RPGM1. Keep it up mang.

Well despite my wonderful offer of $2, no one answered my womanish cries for help. I then made a new topic somewhere else and Ixzion, being the caring overlord he is, kindly offered to help. I then immidietly lost the only card containing this lackluster title (and possibly failed to mention this to Ix, who may still be standing next to his mailbox anxiously awaiting FW's arrival) only to find it over the weekend under my dresser. Yes UNDER my dresser. Don't ask me how, but when I dropped my keys behind it and moved it away from the wall, you could here my astonished "WTF" throughout the apartment. Once I make a copy, and if Ix isn't upset about standing in the cold waiting for nothing, I will ship it off and have the file necissary for uploading.

Its a great day.

Good work man. Oh and seeing as you are playing with switches and pages and such, the max number of pages you can have is 99. And believe me, if you go into custom menus and such, you have a good chance of hitting that limit. I already have... it's kind of gay.

Anyway, I'll be sure to give it a shot. ^_^

Sweetness! Much thanks :D

@Anyone_who_plays:
Don't expect anything epic here. The game is actually quite boring after the first 2 minutes :P
Also, I didn't lock the data so do yourself a favor by using test play cuz no one should have to climb that many stairs!

That's what I did!
The last "spoken" line was so simple yet to the point that I still chuckle every time I remember it. Seriously. Yes, I'm weird.
But insultobot even said you shouldn't try to beat it. :lol
The random princess is the last room. And her single phrase really makes the tower feel more... epic.
But then again, I have a weird sense of humor
