Chat fix: Users finally leave the chat if last one

There was a long-standing bug in the chat where if you were the last user, the chat wouldn't kick you out, leaving one person always in the chat. Then, if someone else came, it would kick out that user finally.

Well, this has now been remedied. There will no longer be a phantom user in the chat.

They do leave the chat, but a message doesn't get left behind.

There's a script that checks every so often to see. Currently, it's set for every 30 minutes. So maybe those people hadn't been in there that long. I may modify this in the future.
