This is the downside of a totally blind run. Not knowing that the game is incomplete I jumped in only to find the pool still empty 5 minutes into the video. As of now, this LP is "Complete" until the game is finished.

What an interesting take on the Mother games. The combo boss on Part 5 looks to have the same flavor as traditional EB enemies. Looks like this game was made on a PC RPG Maker, so that's also a technical intrigue factor.
