Ladies and gentlemen, the RPG Maker community event you've all been waiting for is less than a month away! That's right, MagCon 2010 is this month starting on March 26 and lasting until March 28! There's going to be lots of surprises and reveals at the show, so be sure to watch us!

How? By watching our "MagCon @ Home" channel on Viddler! We'll be uploading various movies during the convention, so it'll be the next big thing to being at MagCon yourself. We have tournaments with prizes, including the VG Decathalon, Perfect Dark XBLA, and Magic the Gathering.

We will be showing off updates of a variety of RPG Maker projects! If you want to get in on this, please PM Lantis with your game file and he'll put it on his PS3. We also have a laptop, so any legal RMXP or VX games are welcome, too! You will be able to watch your game get reactions in real-time!

If I get Survival 2 in to him on the 24th or 25th, would that be all right?

We really need to set things in stone as soon as possible. I would say alright if you could 110% be sure it would be ready by then. If you didn't submit anything and we expected it, that screws up our schedule.

But the offer's been up for months, so there should have been plenty of time.

I might send you a preview build of something I've been working on. I'd be sending it in the next 2-3 days if I can get it to a presentable state.

Yeah, ever since I missed the Halloween thing, I've been taking my time on it. I will try to get it done by then, but if I don't, is a proper demo fine? (Proper as in, not the five minute broken thing I had back in October?)

Yeah, demos, full games, music videos, trailers, we'll take it all!

Looks like we may be having a change of events. I may be bringing a PS2 instead of the PS3. This changes nothing as far as demos being presented go. This is more for the people going. If there are any PS3 exclusive titles that you would like at the con, I'll pack up the PS3 anyways. Otherwise I'm just going to leave it at the house and bring the PS2.

I'll be giving a Survival 2 demo for MagCon (just gameplay, no cutscenes). Anytime between the 20th - 22nd fine to get it in? (Unforeseen problems, etc.)
